While working with large organizations, he developed a penchant for isolating control variables in real-world problems to create viable solutions.  Michael recognizes that the success of an organization rests not simply through its mechanics, but also with how it engages its people to build coalitions.  It became quickly apparent that Michael has a knack for repairing operations.  Accordingly, he was enlisted to reengineer challenged enterprises across different service areas.

Michael increasingly noticed a void, whereby organizations will repeatedly make decisions with wide ranging implications, using limited anecdotal perspectives, often resulting in inefficiency, loss, and reduced goal attainment. In addition, he noticed management training curriculums are often devoid of advanced-level training in higher-tier management and executive-level career competencies.  Michael recognizes this as an opportunity to create a refreshingly modern approach to leadership and problem-solving which incorporates social scientific methods in fashioning results-driven and user-friendly solutions tethered to an organizational vision.

An avid enthusiast for collectible retro Transformers action figures, with an enduring excitement for comic books and a sketch art habit, Michael has built a reputation as outside of an box leader – a creative visionary with a goal of engaging thought processes with an invigorating perspective.  He is motivated by helping others achieve positive impacts for large client bases and within organizational teams.  With a passion for applied science and sociology, and believing anything is possible; Michael finds inventive ways to solve complex business and people-oriented equations while replicating successful formulas across circumstances.

When not living the life of a modern professional, Michael spends time enjoying fitness routines along nature trails, traveling, and at farmers markets on a quest for mulberries, fresh olives, and the perfect combination of veggie sprouts.
